CHAPTER 16 NONPOTABLE WATER REUSE SYSTEMS
(2009 Triennial Code Adoption Cycle)
The Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), Division of Codes and Standards, is planning a second focus group meeting concerning Chapter 16 Nonpotable Water Reuse Systems: Part I (Graywater) and Part II (Recycled Water)*. This will be a follow-up to the meeting previously held on February 25, 2009, regarding the 2010 California Plumbing Code (CPC).
The meeting is scheduled on April 27, 2009, 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.*(may end sooner), at the following location:
HCD – Headquarters
1800 Third Street, Room 183
Sacramento, CA 95811
Note: The Department of Water Resources (DWR) has authority for Part II (Recycled Water). HCD is working in collaboration with DWR to provide draft language of Part II for discussion at this meeting.

NOTE: Some visitor parking is available in HCD's parking lot. Limited on-street metered parking requiring quarters is also available.
